TERMS & WAIVER

By purchasing or participating in the Lean Reset Program (“Program”) and/or VIP Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Waiver.
Program Disclaimer
The Lean Reset is a fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle education program provided by BloomFit Wellness. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness training, exercise, and lifestyle programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or adverse health effects. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
Health Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Program and that I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort and seek medical advice if needed.
Results Disclaimer
I understand that results vary from person to person. No specific outcomes or weight loss results are guaranteed. My success depends on my individual effort, consistency, and adherence to the Program.
Refund Policy
Refund requests for the Lean Reset Program must be submitted within 10 days of the program start date in accordance with the stated Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds requested after this period will not be issued. Digital products, app access, and program materials are non-refundable once accessed beyond the stated refund window.
VIP Membership Continuation
After the Lean Reset Program ends, continued access is available through an ongoing VIP Membership at the stated monthly rate.
- The VIP Membership is billed monthly.
- Membership may be canceled at any time by providing at least 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
- No refunds will be issued once a monthly VIP charge has been processed.
- Upon cancellation, access will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
Access to Program Materials
Access to the Program materials, app, and portal is provided only for the duration of the Program or while the VIP Membership is active.
- Access is not lifetime.
- Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Access will be revoked once the Program or Membership period ends
Intellectual Property
All Program materials, including workouts, meal guides, educational content, and digital resources, are for personal use only. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission from BloomFit Wellness.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, I release and hold harmless BloomFit Wellness, its coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Program or VIP Membership.
Program Changes
BloomFit Wellness reserves the right to update Program content, pricing, structure, or policies at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
